I am a certified personal trainer, fitness coach, and martial arts instructor with over 15 years of experience helping people improve their health, strength, and confidence. As the co-founder of ActiveNest, my mission is to create a training environment where people can grow physically and mentally while building lasting healthy habits. My background in martial arts and functional training has shaped my coaching style, focusing on discipline, proper technique, and sustainable progress. I specialize in designing personalized training programs tailored to each client’s goals—whether it’s fat loss, building strength, improving mobility, learning self-defence, or achieving overall fitness.
