About Siho

I'm a personal trainer with a background in boxing and kickboxing since the age of 8 which shaped my discipline, conditioning and understanding of athletic movement.

My strengths lie in mobility, flexibility and plyometric training. Helping clients move better, build explosive power and reduce injury risk. I also provide practical nutritional advice to support performance, recovery and long-term health.

My coaching style is direct, focused and motivating with honest movement appraisals that identify weaknesses and drive progress. I aim to help clients build stronger and more resilient bodies while developing the confidence, discipline and mindset that come from consistency.

What an incredible PT Siho is!

Did a 1-1 session with Siho at Energie fitness in Southwark, then a group session at a local park, and he fully understood my goals I wanted to achieve, and tailored the work out around it.

I enjoy boxing and muay Thai training, which Siho had a great set of drills on the pads.

Will continue using him, as I'm seeing results alrasdy!!
