About Valeria
Hello! I am Valeria (Peruvian, 27 years old). I studied marketing at Collage, but I have been dedicated to Wellness and Fitness for three years now. I love being able to share what I learned as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist (certified by ISSA), but above all, to teach about how to have a happier and healthier lifestyle physically, mentally-emotionally and spiritually. I strongly believe that we all have the power to change and feel our best, live healthier and do better in all areas of our life. I would love to guide you in the process of becoming the version of yourself that you want to be and teach you all I have learned on Fitness, Nutrition, Mindfulness, Spirituality and more.

My classes are for anyone who wants to achieve a happier and healthier version of themselves, with a holistic approach. What I want is to be able to listen, motivate and teach you everything I know about how to achieve a healthy lifestyle with Fitness, Nutrition, Mindset and Spirituality as the main pilars. From how to eat and train for your goals (physical and health related) to how to feel more connected with yourself, at peace and happy (through techniques such as meditation, journaling, etc). In my classes we prioritize the topics that interest YOU the most - for example, if you feel that your priority is to manage stress or feel more confident, we cover that first; if you prefer to learn how to eat better, then we start there. I love to personalize everything so feel free to chose what you want to learn more of.
