About Agathe
Graduated from The National Diploma for Personal Trainer in France (BPJEPS AGFF), I give personal trainings at home or outside . I have been working in a kinesiologist office during my training so I can adapt my programs to any profiles. Even if you have injuries. I am specialized in Wellness and empowerment coaching , and my goal is to make people feel better in their life and in their minds through sport whether it is just taking some time for yourself, or trying to reach a performance goal, I believe that you can reach your goals through working out and training. I create personalised programs, adapted to your profile and needs. I am currently giving Pilates and Stretching classes as well as muscular strengthening/ crosstraining classes.

Goal : Make you feel better through physical activity.
It is really important to me, to help you connect your body and your soul through working out whether it is for a weight loss, performance, health or self development objective. To me, Sport is above all a way to feel good, to build self confidence and to move forward. I Adapt each session according to my clients' needs. The objective for me is that you make the most out of your session, that you sweat but always leave with a smile on your face and the motivation to seize your day ! Kindness and Happy face will always be there for you at your workout sessions. Positive vibes only.

The first session is a free interview session where we meet and talk about your objectives, and where I explain how I work. Prices can be adapted accordingly to your profile. I can do online/ distance training programs. Possibility to do group workouts, team building, company workout and friends or family workouts.
