About Cath
Originally I never wanted to teach but fell into adult education and quickly realised I loved to share information and skills. I am fascinated by everyone's journey in life and how we get to where we are today. We are all unique with a story to tell but this story sometimes needs unravelling to find our best ways forward. At other times life throws stuff at us unexpectedly that will challenge us, making life difficult. I have been through two major challenges in life that threw me. When I finally discovered how to work my way through them and come out the other side this is when I realised that I wanted to support others. To help them manage difficult change more easily and find an easier set of coping mechanisms so my clients can live a happier, more fulfilled life with more joy and potential.

We are all individuals, so my approach is bespoke to each client, based on a 4 Step Methodology to Emotional Freedom - self-honesty, acceptance, new ways forward and time for action.
Age group - 25 years upward
All levels of ability.
Qualifications:
Adult education teacher -PGCE
Personal Life Coaching Qualification - The Coaching Academy
NLP Practitioner
Reiki - 1, 2 and colour
Keen interest in EFT(Emotional Freedom Technique), Aroma Touch and essential oils, breathing, mindfulness and maintaining good general health and fitness.

Details
Sessions with my clients are usually conducted online via video call. I can easily send handouts and links that would be of interest to you as and when needed. I find it unproductive to bombard my clients with information until they need it. It can sometimes create feelings of overwhelm which I like to avoid when supporting people with their personal development.
