About Lola

I am a Personal Development Coach and an NLP Trainer and have been helping people for over a decade.
I have taught and mentored hundreds of students, online and in person. I teach seminars and workshops, helping people to develop themselves, to unblock whatever may be stopping them from achieving more in life, and dealing with any emotional issues they have. I also use dance and movement as one of my coaching methods, and I help people with weight loss, confidence, and self-esteem issues. Whether you'd like to slightly improve some area of your life, or you feel that you are at a major crossroads, I would love to connect with you and provide successful tools and strategies that work and will change your life.
I am extremely passionate about my work and my mission in life is to help elevate others. My background and degree are in Nursing and Personal Training, which are some of the inspiring experiences that led to me becoming a Coach and finding the most effective ways of helping others. My knowledge is experience-based, I believe we are all very different and what works for one person may not work for another.
Although I also teach groups, the tools I provide are all versatile and can be applied individually into each person's life.

About the lesson

My teaching methods consist of years of experience of learning, self-application, and working with individual clients and groups of people. I use NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and many other Coaching methods, designed to really assess where a person is in their life, how to identify exactly what they need in order to make some real and positive change. Examples of these would be exploring different areas of a person's life and what they want/need to work on, goal setting and plans of action, emotional trauma, fears, and working on limited beliefs. I also use a lot of movement and music (this, of course, is adapted to each person's ability) as well as helping with lifestyle choices such as exercise, habits, nutrition, and any other practices.
