About Arron
Hello, I've been catering for 15 years, I started from the bottom (kitchen porter) and made my way to the top. Becoming head chef plus also consulting on the odd occasion. I have great managing skills, communication skills and consulting skills. I've also worked from 2 rosette food standards, with Scott Harrison and John Burton Race at Grand Hotel, to also head chefing at the award-winning steak restaurant of the South West at Cotton Eye Joe's. I've been in the newspaper twice, plus also a couple of restaurants use my recipes that I was happy to provide from my own menus that I've created and successfully used. Also, I've cooked for the BBC crew and Bishop of Hong Kong.
