About Wag
I am an enthusiastic French tutor with 18+ years of experience teaching students from beginner to advanced levels, having worked with approximately 150–200 learners. My teaching approach emphasises personalised learning, ensuring that each lesson is tailored to the student’s goals and learning style.
I integrate structured lessons with interactive activities such as real-life conversations and guided practice to make learning engaging and practical. My focus on grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation helps students build strong language skills while gaining confidence in communication.
I am dedicated to fostering a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable learning. My goal is to help learners achieve fluency and enjoy the journey of learning French.

My French teaching methodology is centred on creating a responsive and engaging learning environment through flexibility, empathy, compassion, communication, and collaboration. I design lessons that can be adjusted to each student’s pace and preferences, ensuring that learning remains effective without feeling overwhelming.
By practising empathy and compassion, I create a space where students feel safe to participate, make mistakes, and grow. Communication is at the core of my sessions, with a strong emphasis on developing fluency through active speaking and listening exercises.
Collaboration is incorporated through interactive methods such as discussions, storytelling, and situational practice that reflect real-life communication. I also include grammar, vocabulary building, pronunciation, and cultural understanding to provide a complete and well-rounded learning experience.
