With 15 years of competitive swimming experience and 5 years of professional tutoring, I am dedicated to helping students and swimmers build confidence and achieve their goals. As a Penn State graduate, I combine expert knowledge with proven teaching methods while maintaining a laid-back, supportive approach to ensure no one feels overwhelmed or discouraged. My coaching approach is personalized to each swimmer’s age, skill level, and goals. Drawing on 15 years of competitive swimming experience and 5 years of tutoring, I focus on clear instruction, technique drills, and building strength and confidence. A typical lesson includes warm-ups, stroke-specific drills (butterfly, breaststroke, freestyle, backstroke), endurance work, and constructive feedback. What sets me apart is my ability to adapt lessons to swimmers of all ages and abilities, combining athletic expertise with proven teaching skills to help you improve effectively.
