About In un Oceano
Art therapy, meditation and pedagogy have helped me to get to know myself more deeply, to be more aware of my choices, my body and my emotions. Even now, especially at times of great inner or outer change, I find great support in these tools, and in the last four years I have felt the desire to support others in these processes.
