About Paradise
I am a fun, teacher who speaks clearly and listens to her students. I am eager to help you learn English any way that I can. Even if you have never spoken English before or are really scared, I can happily and patiently help you.
I have 3 years of teaching experience and a 120 hours of advanced practical TEFL and TESOL.
I am an extremely motivated individual, with a passion for delivering excellent guidance support. My patience and listening skills, which I honed through facilitating the different children I teach, allow me to manage my classroom with empathy. I am able to speak clearly and with compassion which I have practiced by teaching children and youth from different social circles and backgrounds.

I believe all children are unique and must have a stimulating educational environment where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally and socially. I like to create this type of atmosphere where students can meet their full potential. I like to provide a safe environment where students are able to share their ideas and take risks
When I am planning my lesson, I use the Present Practise Produce(PPP) methodology. I will first present and demonstrate how the language should be used. Then I will encourage the student to elicit after me as I teach them. Repetition is very vital. This way the students can see it is possible therefore releases some anxiety they might have. They can also work in pair or groups to practice. The last P, produce, is where the students get to present what they have learned. This is where their creativity gets room to shine and where I can see if they need more help.
I encourage my students to speak in the language that taught as often as possible during class. This way I can listen out for misused words and write them down on the board. No one must be singled out and made to feel embarrassed. I pride my classroom to be a safe place where mistakes can be made without the fear of being judged. This always improves the students’ confidence and they become more eager to learn.
