About Joy
I’m an English tutor and operations professional with 5+ years of experience training and supporting people in SaaS and customer success roles. I’ve taught English to Chinese students and professionals, helping them with everyday conversation, school work, and business communication. Because of my background in onboarding and client-facing work, I understand how important clear, confident English is for meetings, emails, and customer calls.
