Hello! My name is Shannon, and I am a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Technology. I enjoy helping people gain confidence with technology and develop practical computer skills they can use every day.
I offer personalized computer tutoring for students of all ages and experience levels. Whether you're setting up a new laptop or desktop computer, learning basic computer skills, using Microsoft Office, managing email, browsing the internet, or improving your understanding of technology, I'm here to help.
I also specialize in helping new computer users configure devices, connect to home networks, install software, and learn essential cybersecurity practices. I can guide students through creating secure passwords, protecting personal information online, recognizing scams, and using technology safely and confidently.
