About Shivangi
I am a patient, friendly, and supportive tutor who enjoys helping school students understand Math in a simple and stress-free way. I believe every child can do well in Math with the right guidance, encouragement, and clear explanations.
I focus on building strong fundamentals and confidence, especially for students who feel anxious or struggle with Math. I create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.
I am well organized, reliable, and committed to helping students improve both their understanding and their school performance. I work closely with students to support their classroom learning and homework needs.

My Maths lessons are structured, calm, and tailored to each student’s learning level and school curriculum. I explain concepts step by step using simple language and plenty of examples to ensure students truly understand, not just memorise.
My teaching approach includes:
Revising core Maths concepts clearly and patiently
Breaking down problems into easy, logical steps
Helping with homework and school assignments
Practising questions similar to school tests and exams
Building confidence and problem-solving skills
I regularly check understanding and adjust my teaching style based on the student’s needs. I believe encouragement and consistency are key to success, especially for younger learners.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes, but can be adjusted if required. I also offer a free first lesson to understand the student’s level, school syllabus, and learning goals.
My lessons are suitable for:
