About Alessandro
I am a professional Saxophone tutor with 11 years of experience, teaching students from school, college, and working professional backgrounds. I work with beginners as well as advanced learners and adapt my teaching style to suit individual needs.
My teaching philosophy is based on practical learning and clear understanding. I believe music should be experienced, not just studied. I use real-life musical examples, practice routines, and performance-based learning to help students connect theory with playing.
Communication plays a key role in my lessons. I explain musical concepts in simple language and maintain a friendly learning environment. I also focus on discipline, honesty, and regular practice, helping students build strong habits that support steady progress.
My saxophone lessons include breathing control, embouchure development, tone quality, finger technique, rhythm training, and expressive performance. I also help students prepare for exams, auditions, and live performances.

My teaching approach for saxophone is student-centred and practical. I focus on helping students understand music rather than memorise notes. Real-life examples and case studies are used to connect lessons with real performance situations.
I begin by evaluating the student’s skill level and musical interests. Based on this, I plan lessons that suit their pace. I emphasise correct breathing, tone production, finger technique, rhythm accuracy, and musical expression. Practice routines are designed to be simple and effective.
Communication is an important part of my methodology. I explain every concept clearly and patiently. I encourage students to share their doubts and challenges. Demonstrations and guided practice help improve learning.
Integrity is central to my teaching style. I believe in honest feedback and disciplined practice habits. In addition to saxophone lessons, I also teach related subjects such as basic music theory, ear training, improvisation fundamentals, and sight reading. My aim is to build strong musical foundations and confident saxophone players.
