About Daniel

Please allow me to insert some authentic personal reviews =) "Awesome professor & awesome guy! Made great jokes & very much cares about how you do in class. Great communicator, & even pushed a test back when we all were unsure about knowing the material well. Very informative, always emails back quick. Gave good study material. I wish I could take him over & over." "I highly recommend Prof - for nutrition. He is an insightful instructor who's dedicated his life to helping others understand truths about nutrition. He encourages students to think critically & cautions them to be skeptical of the common myths of fad diets. He is responsive via email & accommodating to our busy personal lives. Wonderful kind person." "It's rare to come across teachers like Professor -. He's passionate about nutrition, & it shows in his delivery of the course material & his eagerness to pass on the information to others. His lectures are fun & informative, & he causes his students to think outside the box when it comes to nutrition. He's one of the best!" "Professor - is a subject matter expert. If you genuinely want to learn nutrition & its correlation to everyday life, you will love this class. He is funny & engaging during lecture. A tough grader (to be expected in college), but very fair in all aspects & communicates exceptionally well. This class was fun & would take it again."
