About Ophelie
As a certified personal trainer I have made it my mission to help as many people as I can, to truly discover how great it feels to be healthy and to love yourself from the inside-out. To me, fitness is more than what exercise you do and what you eat for breakfast. This is about the journey you take to discovering the better self that is within you.
Just over 12 years ago, I stepped into a gym for the first time and instantly fell in love with training, nutrition and all the different aspects that it includes. When you are feeling like you are making a constant investment in yourself, your health and your future - its hard to not make it part of your lifestyle!
My passion for this industry leads me to constantly upgrading my skills and doing research to better suit the needs of my clients. I promise you this will be such a rewarding journey, let me show you how to do it!

I will be making sure to guide you through the most effective and efficient fitness routine to help you reach above and beyond your goals.
Additionally, I will be working with you on any imbalances, injuries or limitations you body may currently have, correct form and technique are a non-negotiable for me!
During the sessions I will make sure you are comfortable with the rate at which we are progressing you at, ensuring that you fall in love with the journey of becoming stronger, fitter and healthier. Gaining confidence in yourself, and learning what you enjoy most is my top priority!
If you choose to opt for a meal plan I will be customizing your plan to your dietary preferences and the requirements that your body has based on what your daily activity looks like. Rest assured, I live and breathe fitness - and finding my calling of helping people through it has been a true blessing. Let me show you how its done, you won't regret it!
