About Daksh

I am a 17-year-old student presently in Class 12, juggling education and personal fitness. This year, I have started taking fitness seriously, having practiced calisthenics consistently since then with various exercises such as push-ups, planks, and basic holds while learning the technique of doing them along the way. Fitness needs to be easygoing and free from any kind of judgment, particularly when it comes to beginners who find it hard to initiate. From being a beginner myself and now being someone who has learned the ropes, I can understand and connect better with other students : )

About the lesson

I have a very practical and beginner-friendly approach to coaching because I’m myself still trying my hands on calisthenics. The class will be comprised of proper techniques of the basic exercises like push-ups, squats, planks, and holds among others. Safety and step-by-step progression remain an important factor during the classes. My classes include warming up, teaching techniques, doing the practice and giving feedback. I can teach complete beginners, especially those at school or college, and even people who feel shy about learning calisthenics.
