About Christina

I am a working professional in the Apparel Product Development industry, where I’ve developed strong skills in problem-solving, attention to detail, and effective communication—qualities I bring to my role as a tutor. Outside of work, I am deeply passionate about learning and education, which has been a core part of my life from an early age. My mother, who worked as a 4th and 5th-grade teacher and later became an elementary school principal, showed me the incredible impact education can have on others. As a student, I excelled academically, earning A’s in the gifted program and attending magnet schools that encouraged intellectual curiosity and a love of learning. During that time, I often helped my classmates understand difficult concepts and participated in a tutoring program, which gave me the opportunity to make a difference in their learning journeys. These experiences have shaped my approach to tutoring: I bring professionalism, a commitment to excellence, and a supportive attitude to every session. My goal is to inspire confidence in my students, break down challenging subjects like math and reading into manageable steps, and help them succeed.
