About Suray

My name is Suray, and I'll be your guide into the world of Chinese language and culture.

I started learning Chinese from zero three years ago. Today, I live in China, speak Chinese every day, and still remember every struggle: tones that felt impossible, characters that looked like scribbles, grammar that made no sense. That's why I understand my students so well.

I'm a linguist by training (I graduated in 2023) and a teacher by passion. I've been teaching since 2019, and I truly love working with children – they give me so much positive energy. My lessons are never boring. We use games, real dialogues from Chinese life, and lots of speaking practice.

Besides Chinese, I speak English and Russian. This helps me explain tricky things in a way you'll actually understand.

Hi! I'm Surai. I've been learning Chinese for 3 years, and now I live in China. I know exactly how challenging tones, characters, and grammar can feel — because I've been there myself.

For me Teaching is not just about explaining grammar rules，It’s about sharing my passion for the language. I absolutely love giving new knowledge to others – and I found that I feel much more comfortable working with children. They give me such positive energy, sincere involvement, and just a great vibe. During my lessons I stay away from boring memorization, instead I use a communicative approach, games and playful methods, lively discussions about real topics.
