About Loralai

I am ready to help you to succeed and will be available on Monday from 4:30 onward, and after 5:30 or 6:00 on all the other days due to extracurricular activities such as Cross Country and Science Olympiad. While on weekdays I may be limited on my ability to meet up due to school not ending til 4:00, I am free on weekends, and am willing to work through breaks.

About the lesson

I am very flexible in my teaching methods and can adapt to different learning styles very easily. Typically I will start by looking over work assigned by the teacher, then based on what their class is doing at the time, create a plan to help the student succeed. I go to BASIS Scottsdale, and have taken eleven APs. I was a peer mentor in sophomore year, and was a counselor in training at Willow Springs where part of the curriculum was based on developmental psychology, and I followed it up by being a CIT3 at Shadow Rim. I am aiming to tutor current AP Chemistry student and Honors Chemistry students.

Loralai is a trustworthy teacher because she helped me pass my honors chemistry class that I was failing. If it wasn’t for her, I would of completely flunked the class. She knows the material and how to explain it in an easy to understand way. She’s patient and will continue to help on a topic you might find hard or confusing.
