About Corinne
During my career as an actress, I realized my voice failed me on stage not due to poor technique, but because my nervous system was dysregulated. Today, with over 15 years of expertise in voice physiology and somatic bodywork, I help you transform the fear of being seen into authentic presence through my unique approach: Vocal Somatic Integration.
By regulating the nervous system and releasing physical blockages, we move beyond "fixing" your voice to finding true safety in expression, combining professional training with deep stress regulation.

My Teaching Method and Techniques
I use Somatic Voice Work, Polyvagal Theory and Somatic Experiencing to transform your voice from the inside out.
Instead of mechanical drills, we focus on nervous system regulation to shift you out of "survival mode" (anxiety) and into a state of "social engagement." We use bodywork to release tension in the jaw and diaphragm, combined with resonance training to find your authentic, unforced sound.
A Typical Lesson Plan
Each 60-minute session follows a grounded flow:
- Sensing: Grounding exercises to check your current stress levels.
-Preparation: Somatic movements to open vocal pathways.
-Exploration: Vocalizing in a safe, non-judgmental space to expand your range.
-Application: Practicing your specific goals (speeches, interviews) using new somatic tools.
-Integration: Defining a "daily anchors" to use when stress hits in real life and your voice "fails" you.

I bridge the gap between professional vocal coaching and deep psychological safety. With my background as actress, 10+ years experience in stress regulation and bodywork, I don’t just "fix" your voice; I help you rewire your body’s response to being seen. I focus on the root cause—your nervous system—allowing for a permanent shift in confidence rather than a temporary "performance" mask.
