About Madonna
I am certified as CanFit Pro Personal Trainer and as a Group Fitness Instructor. I have a Zumba Instructor License. My formal education includes a Master of Education in Leadership Studies. I have over 25 years experience instructing and as a fitness studio owner. My enthusiasm for fitness includes being a certified Level One Pickleball Instructor also!

About the lesson

I will set up a FaceTime with you at your convenience. I will ask you what your goals are in terms of the group fitness class. We will work on each goal, step by step, breaking down the delivery from start to finish of your class. I will provide you with a PDF file of the types of exercises to use and how they work within a group class. I will help you with the choice of music, tempo and choreography. I will teach you the 32-count in workout songs so that you can cue your participants at the exact time to engage their activity and motivation.
Finally, I can help with any type of group fitness class that incorporates weights, resistance bands, steps or simply the human body.
This lesson is ideal for new, intermediate or even seasoned instructors looking for fresh, exciting ideas for their group fitness class
