I am a certified Yoga and Fitness Instructor. I work full time in the Wellness industry and aim to help individuals achieve their own health goals. I am skilled in guided meditation and have helped many people find peace and relaxation to help them be resilient in their everyday lives.

I begin with simple pranayama or breathing exercises, to help create awareness to move from autonomous respiration to intentional breathing. Maintaining the connection to the breath, I guide you through simple movements to challenge your engagement. As you progress and start to gain control over your body, we centre the focus on mental acuity. The movement slows down and the attention draws inward for basic meditation: focus on the breath; create stillness of the body and the mind will follow.
