3. Flexible Training: Choose to follow your routine independently or train with me live online.
4. Live 1-on-1 Coaching: During our 45-minute video session, I’ll demonstrate exercises, guide your movements, and help correct your form.
5. Progress Tracking: Learn how to monitor your improvements in strength, body measurements, and overall fitness.
