About KG

I'm a competitive bodybuilder, two-time IFBB National Masters Champion and the founder of KG Physique, an online bodybuilding and physique coaching business based in Melbourne, Australia.

I've competed in 17 bodybuilding competitions across ICN and IFBB, achieving 12 top-three placings and four titles. My competitive journey began in 2014, and I've continued competing into my 40s, gaining firsthand experience in muscle development, fat loss, nutrition, contest preparation and the challenges of maintaining a competitive physique as we get older.

Outside bodybuilding, I've spent over 17 years working in recruitment, developing strong communication, mentoring and people-management skills. I believe effective coaching requires more than technical knowledge. It also involves understanding people, their circumstances and what motivates them.

I started KG Physique because I wanted to share what I've learned through years of training, competing, experimenting and making mistakes. There's an enormous amount of fitness information available online, but knowing how to apply it to your own body, goals and lifestyle is often the difficult part.

I'm particularly passionate about helping people in their 30s, 40s and beyond realize that getting older doesn't mean giving up on building muscle, improving their physique or pursuing ambitious fitness goals.

My aim is to provide personalized, practical coaching based on real-world experience, while helping clients understand **why they're doing something, not just what they're being told to do**. I want people to develop the knowledge and confidence to continue making progress long after they've started working with me.

About the lesson

My online coaching is designed for anyone looking to build muscle, lose body fat, improve their physique or prepare for bodybuilding competitions. Whether you're a beginner, an experienced gym-goer or a competitive athlete, your training and nutrition are tailored to your individual goals, experience and lifestyle.

With over a decade of competitive bodybuilding experience, including two national Masters titles, I bring practical, firsthand knowledge of muscle development, contest preparation and long-term physique improvement.

Unlike online coaching that relies entirely on emails and messages, my programmes include **weekly or fortnightly one-on-one video check-ins**, depending on your coaching package. These sessions allow us to review your progress, discuss training and nutrition, assess what's working and make adjustments where necessary.

You'll also have access to me between check-ins for questions, guidance and ongoing support, so you're not left waiting until your next scheduled session.

My approach combines structured resistance training, personalised nutrition, progress monitoring and accountability, with a strong focus on helping you achieve sustainable results.

**Coaching is available worldwide**, with programmes suitable for both natural athletes and those competing at an advanced level.
