About Mike

Hi, I’m Mikey – an experienced physique and bodybuilding coach specialising in muscle building, fat loss, and body recomposition.

My goal is to help clients transform their physiques through structured training programmes, intelligent nutrition strategies, and consistent accountability. Whether you're new to the gym or an experienced lifter looking to break through plateaus, I provide personalised coaching tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and experience level.

My coaching approach focuses on sustainable progress. I design customised training programmes based on proven bodybuilding and strength training principles, combined with practical nutrition strategies to maximise results while maintaining long-term performance and health.

I work with clients looking to:
• Build lean muscle
• Lose body fat and improve conditioning
• Improve strength and training performance
• Develop consistency and confidence in the gym
• Achieve long-term physique transformation

Sessions can be delivered online or in person depending on your location. Clients receive personalised training plans, progress tracking, and ongoing support to ensure they stay accountable and continue making progress.

About the lesson

My coaching is designed to help clients build muscle, lose body fat, and improve overall physique through structured training and nutrition guidance.

Each client receives a personalised training programme tailored to their experience level, goals, and available equipment. I work with beginners, intermediate lifters, and advanced athletes looking to optimise their physique.

Lessons can include:
• Personalised training plans
• Fat loss and body recomposition strategies
• Muscle building programmes
• Nutrition and supplement guidance
• Weekly check-ins and progress tracking

Sessions can be delivered online or in person depending on location. I also offer ongoing coaching support to ensure clients stay accountable and achieve long-term results.

My goal is not just to provide a plan, but to educate clients so they understand how to train, eat, and recover effectively for sustainable progress.
