About Leandro

My name is Leandro Furlán, and I’m a personal trainer with several years of experience in fitness and sports performance. I’m also a basketball player, which has given me the opportunity to apply my knowledge of training in a real sporting environment.

I help people improve their fitness, performance and training habits through a progressive and sustainable approach.

About the lesson

The goal of our training is not simply to give you a workout routine, but to help you make real progress through a clear plan and ongoing support.

Everything is tailored to your fitness level, physical condition and goals, whether you want to improve your physique, sports performance or overall health.

Before we start, I carry out an initial assessment to understand your current situation and determine the best approach for you. Together, we establish realistic goals and a clear plan to work towards them. From there, your training is based on personalised planning, ongoing support and regular adjustments according to your progress.

Online Training:
You’ll receive a fully personalised training plan, with weekly check-ins and regular adjustments based on your progress. The aim is to give you a clear training structure that allows you to progress week by week rather than training without direction.

In-Person Training:
Individual training sessions tailored to your goals and needs, either at a gym or an agreed location, with direct supervision, technique correction and guidance throughout each session.

Home Training:
This option is ideal for people who prefer to train at home, including older adults or anyone who may benefit from more individual attention.

Includes:

In-Person Personal Training:

Single session: €25.
5-session package: €115 (€23/session).
10-session package: €200 (€20/session).

The 5 and 10-session packages include personalised planning, access to the training app and ongoing support.

Home Training:
Home sessions are also available in La Línea de la Concepción and surrounding areas. An additional €5 per session applies, plus travel costs depending on location.

Sports Performance Training:
€80/month

Designed for athletes who need a personalised strength and conditioning programme adapted to their sport, training schedule and competitions.
