About Jennie
I am an Occupational Therapist and Level 7 Qualified Coach specialising in neurodiversity, with a strong interest in ADHD support. I enjoy working in a collaborative, down-to-earth way, helping people understand themselves better and develop strategies for organisation, time management, emotional regulation and confidence. I focus on creating realistic, personalised approaches that reduce overwhelm and support people to feel more in control, capable and motivated in their education, work and personal life.

My approach is client-centred, supportive and goal-focused. I work collaboratively with each student to identify their strengths, understand barriers to success and develop practical strategies that can be applied in everyday life. Sessions provide a balance of encouragement and challenge, helping young people build confidence, motivation and accountability while working towards meaningful goals.
As an Occupational Therapist and Coach, I have extensive experience supporting students in higher education to improve time management, organisation and study skills. I also work with teenagers who may be struggling with motivation, emotional regulation, behaviour, confidence or engagement with school. Together, we create achievable goals, monitor progress and celebrate success, helping young people develop the skills, resilience and independence needed to thrive both academically and personally.
