About Sebastian
I have been studying medicine for 2 years and have been involved in nutrition for athletes for years. I am passionate about weightlifting, but I also have experience with endurance athletes. I have already created many training plans - for beginners to advanced, who could not have been different. I would like to create an optimal training plan that is guaranteed to be fun - and promises long-term success! The terms daily undulating periodization, volume tolerance and RPE are no foreign words for me. The programming is created according to scientifically founded basics and then adjusted as an athlete / athlete during the training progress through continuous feedback. Everyone is known to have different genetic predispositions and thus react differently to different training stimuli. I like to plan with you, according to your personal circumstances and preferences or intolerances, a suitable nutrition plan that you can integrate well into everyday life. I am very busy myself and I know how to follow a nutritional plan despite everyday stress. I will explain the concepts and basics of nutrition so that you can plan your diet independently without coaching. Your training plan will be developed in such a way that training is not an additional burden in addition to your daily routine, but that you will be looking forward to the sport every time. With only 2-3 times a week sport can be amazing results, try it out! I am a member of several scientifically recognized study publication platforms and love to continue my education through podcasts and literature from the American area.
