About Matt
I’ve been in the fitness and nutrition industry for more than 15 years, helping thousands of people lose body fat, build muscle, get stronger, and improve their overall health.
My background includes personal training, nutrition coaching, and more than a decade of owning and operating fitness businesses. I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified. I also understand the process personally. After leaving the Marine Corps, I gained about 40 pounds and had to learn how to rebuild my own fitness and nutrition from the ground up.
What I love most about this work is seeing people accomplish things they didn’t think were possible. It’s not just about losing weight or getting stronger. It’s about helping someone regain their confidence, energy, and control over their health.
What makes Body Ops different is that we don’t use cookie-cutter programs. We look at your goals, schedule, experience, lifestyle, and challenges, then build a plan around you. We combine personalized training, nutrition, accountability, and ongoing coaching so you’re not left trying to figure everything out on your own.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or experienced in the gym, our goal is to give you a realistic plan you can actually stick with and the coaching needed to get results.
