About Patrick
I started personal training at the ripe old age of 19 at Bally Total Fitness. Helping people along their fitness journey has always been my natural calling. After several years as a trainer, I found a new opportunity and bought a gym in California. It was a great experience, but I started to notice something I couldn't ignore.
The clients who had an affinity for the "fit life" developed what you could call a positive addiction — they saw amazing results and never looked back. Those who didn't would get short-term results and eventually fall off the wagon, no matter how much external motivation we gave them.
That's the main reason I switched to a much more holistic remote approach. Counting reps and pushing people to work hard is great. Helping someone change the inside along with the outside? That's on a completely different level.
I'm not just going after before-and-after pictures captured in a moment. My goal — and it's highly successful with the right client — is to help you achieve a permanent identity shift, becoming the healthiest version of yourself. I'm fully aware this sounds cliché, but I mean it!
