I am a mom who loves to teach. I am also a registered nurse and nurse practitioner with a doctoral degree. I love to help students who are struggling understand nursing concepts or improve on their critical thinking skills. I like to add examples from those events to make the lesson exciting and help students retain information. I explore a student's areas of strength and weakness, which helps me build a lesson plan.
