About Mariusz
My name is Mariusz Jotejko I'm 41, I'm Polish and I live in Oldham for the last 20 years. I was born with a drive for movement and challenge, but life taught me that nothing comes easy. Every success takes work, discipline, and brutal honesty with yourself. I’ve spent years training and coaching others to achieve their goals—both in body and mind. I know what it’s like to fight laziness, excuses, and your own limits. Today, I help people who want real change—lasting change. Lessons typically last 60 minutes, giving enough time for instruction, demonstration, hands-on practice, and feedback. Sessions can be adapted depending on goals and experience level. Qualifications/Experience as a Tutor: With over 3 years in personal training and 15 years of experience, I’ve helped countless clients overcome plateaus, build muscle, drop belly fat, and improve overall confidence and mental health. I’m not the cheapest, but I’m highly efficient, and my clients success rate is currently around 97% mark! Who the Lessons Are For: Primarily for men aged 35+ who want to become stronger, more confident, reduce belly fat, lift heavy, build lean muscle, and improve mental well-being. Suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced trainees, especially busy professionals seeking a practical, results-driven approach. Focus on what you really want to achieve.
