Hi! Nice meeting you, I’ll be happy to teach you a new language

I fell in love with piano as a kid and took lessons for 5 years then stopped because I wasn’t having fun. 20 years later I am getting back into it with Giulia’s guidance!

I appreciate that she’s figuring out what I do and don’t know and giving me specific things to work on. I sit down at the piano now and know what to practice instead of just playing songs from sheet music without understanding the language.

It’s been a month and I feel encouraged that I’ll learn new skills and move closer to my goal of being able to accompany myself and play the pop, rock, and jazz songs that I enjoy ️

I’ve been taking classes with Giulia for nine months now, it’s been fun and engaging. She is truly gifted and passionate about her work, and her enthusiasm makes learning both enjoyable and rewarding. Highly recommended!

I have been taking piano lessons from Giulia for the last 4 months. She is incredibly patient with my learning pace (adult/beginner classes) and flexible with my schedule. She gives me adequate time to practice during the class and does not rush. Instructions are clear. I am definitely liking the structured format and follow-up on homework, etc. Thank you, Giulia. I am looking forward to learning more and improving my piano skills with Giulia as my teacher.

My goodness, I cannot say enough good things about Giulia! I can’t believe the progress I’ve made with remote piano lessons in just a few months time.
Giulia has the heart of the teacher and is the perfect instructor even if all you have is a keyboard at home.
I even get to practice my Italian during our lessons, which feels like an incredible 2 lessons in 1.
I’m so pleased I chose Giulia!!

Lessons with Giulia have been such a joy! She’s patient, inspiring, and truly makes learning fun.

Giulia provides a very well rounded level of instruction with relevant background and theory along with the expected practical application. She is great with younger and older age groups. I can tell that my daughters have accelerated in their piano level in a short time with her!

Giulia is a wonderful piano teacher. She is really helping me cover the lagunas I have in my study of music. I studied piano as a child and through my teenage years and never learned some essential elements of music theory such as the circle of fifths and its importance in playing music. She has brought to my attention aspects of playing the piano that I never thought of. For example, she pointed out that the left hand in piano is not played at the same volume as the right hand because the right hand usually carries the melody. That makes so much sense! She went on to explain that piano pieces are like songs that have parts with phrases were you raise your tone or lower it and take breaths as if you were singing and, furthermore, that you can mark the places in a piece where a phrase starts and ends and another one starts. This I would do intuitively but I didn’t know how to articulate that or that that is precisely how one studies a piece of music! She plays piano beautifully and has an excellent background in classical music. She is also very enthusiastic and supportive of my piano playing and is very organized in structuring my guiding my practice time weekly.

I truly enjoy her patient teaching style, clear guidance, and ability to inspire.

Absolutely the best music teacher ever! My son struggled with understanding music theory, but Giulia came to the rescue. She patiently explained the concepts, little by little, until the impossible happened: he understood music theory! Giulia is not only an amazing teacher but also an amazing person. Choosing Giulia as his music teacher was the best decision we ever made.

Patient teacher and great guide to help learn music to anybody.

I've been having classes with Giulia since July (2023) and I really enjoy her teaching style - her ability to connect with students from all over the world is remarkable. She's patient, supportive, and incredibly knowledgeable.

Giulia’s lessons are engaging. She offers personalized feedback, which makes learning enjoyable and effective. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enhance their piano skills.

Giulia is my piano teacher since 2020, and during this time she's been an outstanding person who combines flexibility and a creative teaching style. With her creativity, a lesson is never the same as the lesson before, each one remains engaging and inspiring in a different way. From classical piano to popular piano, music theory, composition, these are just a few examples of what we've done in class ;) thanks for that, Giulia!

Giulia is an awesome piano teacher that can take you to the next level. When I started with her I was at intermediate level and with her guidance I could play some great pieces by Chopin/Rachmaninoff/Beethoven and the list goes on. We are having lessons for 4 years now.
She teaches you how you can be mindful of your practice so you don't just waste your time and get stuck on a plateau - I'm sure many piano students can relate to this issue.
You will learn how to organize your practice sessions, how to analyze and isolate certain aspects of a piece so you can focus on the broken down issues instead of doing hours of mindless repetition.
If you put in the time and listen to the advices you will overcome these obstacles and be ready for performance.
Now save yourself some time and money and book a lesson with Giulia.

Giulia is a great teacher, very professional and fun too. I have learned a lot and I enjoy the class every time. I highly recommend her!

Giulia is a fantastic teacher. I have improved exponentially since starting lessons with her. She is extremely patient, I don’t know how she can stand listening to my mistakes, but she offers great tips and advice. She had been helping me follow the ABRSM curriculum and prepare for my theory and performance exams. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a highly trained, motivated and responsive teacher.

I have been a student of giulias since march of 2022, and I cannot say enough good things about her and her teaching style. Giulia makes it very easy to learn with her various exercises and experience in music education. She makes herself available at anytime for any questions one might have. I look forward to my lessons with giulia every week and you will too!

I definitely recommend Giulia as a piano teacher. She is sensitive, creative and her didactic approach is effective for students of different ages.

Giulia is a highly qualified teacher and very dedicated to her students. I took classes with her for more than a year and could improve a lot my piano skills in aspects that I have never learned before with other teachers. Also, I have a very busy schedule and she could adapt the classes to my reality.

Giulia is an exceptional piano teacher who has a passion for music and a talent for teaching. Her lessons are well-structured, flexible, and tailored to the individual needs of each student. I highly recommend her for both beginners and advanced players seeking to improve their skills and reach their full potential.

I have known Giulia for many years and I can say that she's an excellent musician and teacher. On top of a solid classical music knowledge, she is also highly experienced with various other styles of music, setting her apart from most classically trained professionals.

Giulia is great! She's fun and makes learning easy. I have been playing piano for years but I am continuously amazed at how much Giulia has taught me. Highly recommend!

I would 100% recommend Giulia to anyone interesting in learning piano. Her lessons and worksheets are always helpful. Working with her for three+ months I have improved so much in my musical skills!

I've been taking classes with Giulia for 8 months now. My first impression of her what that she's very fun, knowledgeable, and patient. She has always gone above and beyond what was expected and even initially spoke French with me! I highly, highly recommend her services.

Giulia is a wonderful and talented teacher.. She is very patient and caring to her students. It has been a year that I’m taking piano lesson and I made very good progress. This is also very fun, I truly recommend her, you will not regret to take her lessons.

I've been having online classes with Giulia for two years now. Her no-fuss approach to harmony and theory really helped me, especially in the beginning. I can see huge improvements in my skill and style over these two years. Now we're working on my interpretation skills, and I'm finally starting to get a grasp on it. Super recommend this amazing teacher!

Giulia is a great instructor.

Her studio is very impressive and you can clearly see she invests in the tools she uses for teaching (the camera stands, programs, etc…)

She really knows how to get the most progress out of her student, and I must say the classes are also really fun and occur in a very supportive atmosphere.

Highly recommended :)

Giulia is helping me a lot in freeing my creativity on the piano. Because of her experience in both classical and popular music, she explains concepts in a very practical and clear way. Also, the good thing about online classes is that we don't even have to be in the same country!

Giulia is the best private tutor I ever had! I never thought I had any musical abilities in me but within no time Mrs. Leshem had me playing my favorite Beethoven sonatas on piano. She is a master at her craft and has a style of teaching that is very personalized and makes progression on the piano really fun and intuitive.
