About Ashley

Hi! My name is Ashley and I have more than 5 years of experience changing peoples lives through Hypnosis. I started my journey by getting a Bachelors in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience from Northeastern University. But, I always knew I wanted to become a hypnotherapist Because I was so fascinated by the subconscious mind. I studied Hypnotherapy under Dr.Gabor, and got my certification from the National Guild of Hypnotists and have been practicing ever since.

About the lesson

Hypnotherapy has an amazing success rate, 93% to be exact, due to the ability to plant positive seeds directly into our subconscious, breaking old thought patterns and creating new neurotransmitters through repetition it enables expanding a persons consciousness into a positive perception.
Clients can break free from old negative thought patterns, so they can live to their full potential.

I use a variety of client centered techniques, because I believe one size does not fit all! Everyone's mind map is different, therefore my techniques are tailored to individual clients specific needs and will enable them to achieve their best results.

After all, all hypnosis is self hypnosis.

During a session, I will use a combination of Clinical Hypnosis, visualization techniques, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Life Between Life(LBL), Past Life Regressions (PLR), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to allow you to positively change the mindset to over come the area of concern.
