About Ronak gajjar
I’m Rounak Gajjar, a Neuroscience-based Meditation and Mind Transformation Coach.
My journey started as a software support engineer, but over time I felt a deeper pull toward understanding the mind and human behaviour. For the last 10+ years, I’ve been working in the field of meditation, breathwork, and behavioural transformation.
I’ve trained 100,000+ people online and offline and completed 1000+ hours of yoga and meditation teacher training. My work combines meditation, pranayama, sound therapy, behavioural reconditioning, and mind reprogramming to help people break limiting beliefs, release anxiety, and create lasting inner change.
Through one-to-one sessions, I guide people to go deeper within themselves using powerful breathing techniques, subconscious work, and nervous system regulation.

I guide you to break limiting beliefs, reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and create new patterns in the mind. The sessions are practical and personal, designed around what you are going through.
Each session helps you go deeper within yourself so you can feel more clarity, balance, and inner strength in your daily life.
