About Matteo

Hi, I’m Matteo. I study Neuroscience and Psychology at the University of Sydney, and I guide people in their journey towards love, freedom, and deeper self-awareness. My focus is on helping people transform the subconscious beliefs and identities that may be shaping their struggles, keeping them stuck, or holding them back from the new experiences they desire to live.

Together, we delve deep into these subconscious patterns—the beliefs, identities, habits, and emotional attachments that shape how they relate to themselves and the world. We work on dissolving the ones that no longer serve them and transforming them into new ones—ones that align with the most expanded, free, and authentic version of themselves. A version that lives with more love, freedom, abundance, joy, gratitude, and peace.

I don’t work with everyone, simply because my approach isn’t for everyone. The work I do is based on deep introspection, reframing, and integration. Some people may find better guidance elsewhere, and that’s completely okay. But for those who resonate—who are truly open to transformation—I help them explore and reshape the deeper layers of their mind, crafting new beliefs, a new sense of self, and a new way of experiencing life.

My work is inspired by thinkers like Joe Dispenza, Jordan Peterson, Tony Robbins, and Jungian psychology, as well as my own experiences—both in my personal journey and in guiding others through theirs.

About the lesson

My sessions are personal, intuitive, and co-created with you. Each one is a space of safety, presence, and exploration — where you can express, reflect, and realign with who you truly are.

There is no cookie-cutter formula. Every person is different. That’s why each session is tailored to your current needs, emotions, and goals. Sometimes we’ll dive into the subconscious through deep conversation. Other times, we’ll use meditation, journaling prompts, or awareness practices to help you observe and reframe old patterns.

We may explore:
• Subconscious beliefs & emotional attachments
• Identity, perception, and emotional regulation
• Reframing current challenges
• Developing more self-love, clarity, and inner freedom

This is a guided journey of awareness and integration — a space where you can explore your internal world and begin shifting the deeper layers that shape your experience of life.
