Spanish
Sessions will be tailored to your needs and interests. Their overall aim is to reduce stress and improve confidence by getting things done and exploring setbacks, adjustments, and motivations. I can also support you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and engage in activities that bring joy and pride to your life
We can work together in diverse ways, for example, to
i) establish goals and measure progress,
ii) create action plans, routines or lifestyle changes;
iii) explore motivations, behaviours, emotions and adaptations,
iv) understand and embrace neurodiversity and disability
v) take care of yourself and others during periods of loss, ill health and change
I operate a disability-justice, trauma-informed and anti-oppressive approach. The aim is for you to find ways and strategies to live as well as possible
The sessions work well for people motivated to take measurable/actionable steps, who recognise diverse barriers in their lives - such as issues related to executive function, emotional regulation, neurodiversity or other forms of physical and mental health.
I offer a supportive, open-minded space that goes at your pace and reinforces self-confidence and accountability. You will leave sessions feeling supported, heard and empowered.
