About Sarah
I’m a full-time Medical Receptionist working in a busy Australian medical clinic. I have completed both my Certificate III in Health Administration and Certificate III in Business Administration, and I enjoy helping others learn and build confidence. Through my current role, I’ve gained practical experience using Best Practice (BP) software, managing referrals, appointments, professional communication, confidentiality, Medicare, DVA and Workers’ Compensation administration, and a wide range of day-to-day medical reception tasks. I’m patient, approachable, and passionate about sharing real-world knowledge to help others succeed.
