About Kim
HCPC registered Art Therapist and nature-based mindfulness guide with over 6 years experience. Are you struggling with stress, anxiety or focus? Natural mindfulness can help enhance attention, presence, and relaxation. Sessions also include creative activities and breathwork which directly taps into our parasympathetic nervous system, eliciting a soothing response. Aside from my clinical experience and professional trainings I am inspired by techniques that have worked for me throughout my own life journey battling long-term stress, burnout, anxiety and chronic illness/pain.

My approach is rooted in self-awareness and building deeper connection to ourselves, others, and the natural world around us. Starting with self awareness offers us the necessary insight of what we trully need, tailoring our response rather than reacting. The natural world supports and sustains us but we raraly acknowledge this, it can be therapeutic and supportive to feel held within the wider web of life.
