About Chloe

I am a native french speaker and I have been a french tutor for the past 10 years. I work around improving the understanding of the language and building confidence to speak French whilst using fun material (litterature, music, movies).

About the lesson

In the first class- we talk about what we are trying to achieve together (exams a holiday coming up, a new work opportunity) and we tailor together what will need to be worked on.

Strong grammar is the base to success I often find and we work together on making sure this is all plain sailing.
I also use fun materials to get the students to practice their speaking and listening skills.

I am really passionate about transmitting the love of the French language and French culture.

Looking forward to meeting you and starting our classes together!

Perfect! Chloe was phenomenal - I've never studied a foreign language before, and found it daunting as an adult. She is patient and funny, and within the first lesson I feel I've learned so much. Highly recommend.

Miranda was great, really engaged and all the French she had learnt a wee while ago was coming back to her. It was a great session where we dusted back the old grammar and talked in French about what we both liked!

Rana is keen to learn and has a great pronunciation already, great to work with as very friendly and interested in the etymology of the words (I love it too!)
