About Natalia

Hello! I’m Natalia, a native Spanish speaker from Colombia and a qualified Medical Doctor currently studying a Master of Public Health in Melbourne.

I am a patient, organized and enthusiastic teacher who enjoys helping students build confidence and communicate naturally in Spanish. My professional background has taught me how to explain information clearly, listen carefully and adapt my communication to different learning styles and needs.

Whether you are starting Spanish from scratch, preparing for a trip, improving your conversation skills or looking to become more fluent, I will tailor each lesson to your goals and level.

I aim to create a relaxed and supportive learning environment where you can make mistakes, ask questions and progressively become more confident using Spanish.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is practical, friendly and personalized. As a native Spanish speaker from Colombia, I focus on helping students feel comfortable using Spanish in real-life situations rather than simply memorizing vocabulary and grammar.

I adapt each lesson to the student’s age, level and goals. Lessons can include conversation practice, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, reading, listening and interactive activities. For younger students, I use games, stories and age-appropriate activities to make Spanish fun and engaging.

Lessons are typically 60 minutes, although I can adapt the duration depending on the student’s needs and age.

I am a Medical Doctor currently studying a Master of Public Health in Melbourne, and my professional background has given me strong communication, organization and teaching skills. I have extensive experience explaining complex information clearly and adapting my communication to different people.

My lessons are suitable for beginners through advanced learners, children, teenagers and adults who want to improve their conversational Spanish, pronunciation, grammar or overall confidence.
