About Wanjiru
My name is Elsie, I am a native Kikuyu speaker born and raised in Central Kenya. I am passionate about preserving our beautiful Kikuyu language and culture. I am patient, friendly and I love teaching. I have helped many friends and foreigners learn basic Gikuyu for home, marriage and travel. I am also fluent in English and Swahili, so I can explain Kikuyu in a language you understand. My goal is to make you speak confidently with your family and community. Twende tukasome!
