About Alexandra

About Me – Your Future Greek Tutor Hello!
I’m Alexandra, a native Greek speaker from Greece, currently based in Belgrade. I’ve taught science and robotics, but my passion for culture and communication led me to teaching Greek — and I love it! Greek isn’t just a language, it’s a way to connect. Whether you're a beginner or reconnecting with your roots, I’ll guide you with patience and joy. I’m here to help you learn at your pace and build confidence step by step.

About the lesson

My Approach as a Greek Language Tutor:

As a native Greek speaker with years of teaching experience, I aim to make my lessons friendly, clear, and personalized. I understand how it feels to learn a new language, and I always create a calm, encouraging space where students feel comfortable and supported.

Teaching Techniques & Methods:

My lessons are adapted to your goals and learning style. Whether you're learning Greek for travel, personal interest, studies, or to connect with Greek culture, I structure each class around what works best for you. I use a mix of:
-Conversation practice
-Grammar explanations
-Real-life phrases and dialogues
-Reading, writing, and listening exercises
-Greek culture elements (music, traditions, food!)
I believe in keeping the learning process interactive and fun — we’ll laugh, repeat, and grow at your pace.

A Typical Lesson:

We usually begin with a short warm-up or review, then focus on one topic (like a grammar rule, conversation theme, or vocabulary group). Each lesson includes speaking practice, mini exercises, and real-life examples. I also give optional homework or vocabulary review if you’d like to practice between sessions.
!!!First lesson always free

About Me as a Teacher:

I’m patient, encouraging, and always open to your questions. I speak fluent English and I’m learning Serbian myself — so I completely understand what it’s like to start a new language from zero. I’ve worked for many years as an educator in science and coding, and now I love sharing the beauty of my native language with students from around the world.

My Greek lessons are ideal for:

-Absolute beginners
-Intermediate learners who want to improve
-Travelers visiting Greece
-Expats, students, or partners of Greek speakers
-Adults or teenagers — I adapt to all levels and needs
Whether you're learning Greek from scratch or just want to build confidence speaking, I’m here to guide you step by step.
