About Sarina
I grew up in Switzerland and moved to the UK when I was 20 years old. During that time, I worked as a volunteer. Additionally, I offered German tutoring on the side. After 18 months, I applied for a job as a German teacher. Teaching allowed me to gain valuable insights into how each individual learns differently. I successfully taught volunteers aged 18-26 to a sufficient language level before their trips to Germany, Austria, or Switzerland. Throughout these two years, I received extensive training on tailoring lessons to meet the specific needs of learners, helping them improve their speaking, writing, and comprehension skills. I have a big passion for German and would love to help you achieve your goals, whether it's for school, adjusting to life in a German-speaking country, or just out of personal interest. I offer Online German tutoring sessions which are tailored to individual needs, normally lasting 40 minutes. By utilising comprehensible input methods, I will help you reach your goals through interactive exercises, real-life scenarios, and targeted feedback, ensuring steady progress towards fluency. We will also work with Grammar/Exercise books that are used in Universities. I’ll make sure we pick the book together according to your language level.
