Hi! I’m Jasmine, a native English speaker from Canada with over seven years of teaching experience. I have worked with students of all ages in international schools and with adults in private lessons, which has allowed me to adapt my teaching style to diverse learning needs.

For Young Learners (Ages 7+): I use high-energy, visual, and gamified techniques. Learning happens naturally through educational games, storytelling, and interactive digital tools that turn grammar into a puzzle rather than a chore.
For Adults & Teens: I employ the communicative method, dedicating 70% of the lesson to active speaking. We focus on real-world context, functional vocabulary, and situational role-plays.
The "Mistake-Positive" Environment: For all ages, mistakes are celebrated as progress. Corrections are tracked gently and reviewed at natural breaking points so the student's creative flow and confidence are never interrupted.
The 60-Minute Teen & Adult Session
-00–10 Mins: Fluency Warm-Up. Fast-paced, casual conversation to activate English thinking.
-10–25 Mins: Target Skill Introduction. Exploring a specific real-world scenario (e.g., travel prep, school presentations, everyday conversation) and introducing natural phrases.
-25–45 Mins: Interactive Practice. Immersive role-playing, debates, or situational problem-solving.
-45–55 Mins: Constructive Feedback. Fine-tuning pronunciation and correcting grammar patterns.
-55–60 Mins: Action Plan. Quick summary and a practical real-world task to try before the next lesson.
The 45-Minute Young Learner Session (Ages 7–12)
-00–10 Mins: Energy Spark & Check-In. A fun digital icebreaker or storytelling game to capture attention.
-10–25 Mins: Core Concept Game. Introducing new vocabulary or grammar through interactive tools and short stories.
