Meet Jack Gilio — Trainer, Veteran, and Mind-Body Strength Coach Jack Gilio brings a unique blend of grit, creativity, and expertise to the gym floor. A U.S. Army veteran and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Jack also holds an MFA in Film Production—proof that discipline and artistry can go hand-in-hand. Jack trains individuals from all walks of life, always with a focus on the mind-body connection. He believes that true strength starts with awareness—of movement, breath, and purpose. Whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, Jack’s approach builds not just bodies, but resilience. For his fellow veterans, Jack provides targeted training that emphasizes preventive maintenance—preparing the body to handle the demands of long, grueling ruck marches and high-impact environments. His programs prioritize lower back stability, leg strength, and endurance, ensuring that every mile, step, and lift is supported from the ground up. Jack’s sessions are smart, focused, and grounded in real-world application—designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build a body that performs for life.
