About Kaitlyn
I am an athlete with experience doing many different kinds of sports and forms of exercise! I am an ex-competitive dancer and dance/flexibility coach. I am currently a bodybuilder and love to be in the gym! I have always loved health and wellness for as long as I can remember. I love trying new sports, being outdoors, coaching & teaching, being active, traveling, nutrition and exercise! I am an outgoing person who loves to be relational with all people. I am excited to get started coaching!

I plan to help you reach your fitness and wellness goals inside OR outside a gym! I want to make achieving your goals fun, exciting, and most importantly reached! A typical lesson plan of mine would be customized to fit your needs and wants as you start your fitness journey. My lessons are for ALL AGES! I have the qualifications to help anyone ages elementary school to senior citizens! Fitness and wellness should be available to everyone of all ages!

Just reach out! If you are comfortable at the gym you are at now, and they allow coaching and day passes - I would love to come train you at your gym! With the extra cost of the day passes.
