My name is Polina Ponomarenko, and I have been teaching Chinese for over five years, helping students of all levels—from children to adults—learn the language effectively and confidently. I hold a Master’s degree in Linguistics and Applied Linguistics from Sichuan University, China, one of the top universities in the country, and I am currently completing my PhD in China, specializing in linguistics and language acquisition. My extensive academic background allows me to not only teach Chinese but also provide deep insights into grammar, pronunciation, and language learning techniques based on scientific research. I have extensive experience working with children, including young learners from the age of 4 and children with autism. I create a supportive, engaging, and adaptive learning environment tailored to each child’s needs, using interactive and structured methods to make language learning enjoyable and accessible. My lessons are designed for students preparing for HSK exams, university entrance exams, or those planning to study in China. Many of my students have successfully passed HSK, entered Chinese universities, and improved their communication skills for travel, work, and daily life. I use a personalized approach, adapting lessons to your needs, level, and learning style. What makes my lessons unique? I combine modern and effective teaching methods with authentic Chinese learning materials, including textbooks, multimedia resources, and real-life dialogues. Additionally, I introduce students to Chinese culture, traditions, and modern society, making the learning process more engaging and meaningful. Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to refine your skills, I will guide you every step of the way. If your goal is to pass HSK, prepare for university studies, or simply become fluent in Chinese, my lessons will help you succeed! Start your journey to mastering Chinese today!
